2. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Mistakes in submitted designs or text

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Provide a clear description and photos of the issue

  • Include your order number and contact details

Once verified, we will process a free replacement or issue a refund.

4. Return Process

We do not require customers to return defective items. If a return is needed for any reason, we will provide clear instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
